The President
The President shall during his/her tenure of office preside over all meetings of the Executive committee and shall be responsible for the proper conduct of all such meetings. He/She shall have the casting vote and shall sign the minutes of each meeting at the time they are approved. |

Vice-President
The Vice-President shall deputise for the President during the latter's absence. Should the Vice-President and the President be absent, the General Meeting or Executive Committee shall elect a Chairman from among them to conduct the meeting. |

The Secretary
The Secretary shall conduct the business of the Alumni in accordance to its rules and shall carry out the instructions of the General Meeting and the Executive Committee. He/She shall be responsible for conducting all correspondences and keeping all books, documents, membership register and papers except the accounts and financial records. He/She should attend all the meetings, and record the proceedings. In conjunction with the President and the Treasurer, he should sign all cheques on behalf of the Alumni. |

The Assistant Secretary
The Assistant Secretary shall assist the Hon. Secretary and act for the Secretary in his/her absence. |
| 5. |
The Treasurer
The Treasurer shall be responsible for the finances of the Alumni. He/She shall keep subscription books and other books of accounts of all financial transactions and shall be responsible for their accuracy. In conjunction with the President and the Secretary, he/she should sign all cheques on behalf of the Alumni. |

The Ordinary Committee Members
The Ordinary Committee Members shall assist the main committee in running the Alumni. |
