| Article 6: General Meeting: OGM |

| 6.1 |
An Online General Meeting (OGM)of the Alumni shall be convened:
| 6.1.1 |
whenever the Executive Committee deems it desirable, or |
| 6.1.2 |
at the online request via Alumni website of any Ordinary members, stating the objects and reasons for such meeting; |

| 6.2 |
An Online General Meeting requisition by the Ordinary members shall be convened for a date within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of such requisition; |
| 6.3 |
Notice and agenda for an Online General Meeting shall be forwarded by the Secretary to all members at least fourteen days (14) before the date fixed for the meeting; |
| 6.4 |
An Online General Meeting will be carried out over the internet forum over a stipulated period and decision will be based on internet polling. |
