| Article 5: Entrance Fees and Subscriptions |

| 1. |
Application
| 1.1 |
All persons eligible for membership will be automatically registered as an
Alumni member upon satisfying the criteria stated under Article III
Clause 1. |
| 1.2 |
All persons can be opted out with a written notice to the IMU Alumni Secretariat. And the membership will be terminated within 2 weeks after the receiving the notice of termination. |

| 2. |
Entrance Fees and Subscriptions
The Alumni shall not levy any entrance fees and subscriptions for all categories of memberships. All funds of the Alumni shall be accumulated through:

Contributions from International Medical University |
| 2.2 |
Donations from members |
| 2.3 |
Donations from public and private sectors in Malaysia that has no definable conflict of interest to the Alumni’s Aims and Objects under Article II |
