| Article 4: Resignation and Discipline |

| 1. |
Any member who wishes to resign from the Alumni shall give two week's written notice to the Secretary; |
| 2. |
Any member who fails to comply with the Rules of the Alumni or has acted in a manner to bring disrepute upon the Alumni may be expelled or suspended for a period of time as the Executive Committee deems fit. Before the Executive Committee expels or suspends the member, the member should be informed of the grounds for such expulsion or suspension in writing and be given an opportunity to explain and absolve himself in person. Such expulsions or suspensions shall be enforced unless otherwise reversed by a General Meeting upon appeal by the member. |
