Privileges of Membership |
| 2.1 |
Ordinary Membership
Ordinary members shall subject to the provisions of this Constitution:
| 2.1.1 |
have the right to stand for election of the Alumni, to nominate or second a candidate and to vote in the election of the Alumni; |
| 2.1.2 |
have the right to speak and vote General Meetings of the Alumni; |
| 2.1.3 |
have the right to inspect all records of the Alumni provided one week's written notice of such intention has been given to the Executive Committee of the Alumni; and |
| 2.1.4 |
have the use of facilities of the Alumni and such other privileges as may be conferred by the Alumni. |

| 2.2 |
Associate Membership
Associate members shall subject to the provisions of this Constitution:
| 2.2.1 |
have all rights, privileges and benefits of Ordinary Members except the right to vote at General Meetings or to contest, stand for or sponsor a candidate at any elections of the Alumni or to be appointed as a member of the Executive Committee. |

| 2.3 |
Honorary Membership
Honorary members shall subject to the provisions of this Constitution:
| 2.3.1 |
have all rights, privileges and benefits of Ordinary Members except the right to vote at General Meetings or to contest, stand for or sponsor a candidate at any elections of the Alumni or to be appointed as a member of the Executive Committee. |
