The Constitution
Article 14: Interpretations
 
1. In the event of a controversy arising over the interpretation of the Articles of this Constitution at an Executive Committee or Committee meetings, a ruling shall be made by a majority vote in the Executive Committee;
2. In the event of a controversy arising over the interpretation of the Articles of this constitution at a General Meeting, a ruling shall be made by a majority vote;
3. Any member who is not satisfied with the Executive Committee ruling may appeal to the Alumni at its Annual General Meeting. The provisions regarding notice and inclusion of matters in the agenda shall apply, Ruling at the Annual General Meeting made by a majority shall prevail and shall be final.
