The Constitution
Article 13: Ammendments to the Constitution
 
1. Amendments to the Constitution may be made at a General Meeting provided that not less fourteen (14) days notice of the proposed amendments have been circulated to the members, and that the resolution is passed by two-thirds majority of the Ordinary members present at a properly constituted General Meeting. Application for any such amendments shall be made to the Registrar within 28 days from the date of the decision to make the change or amendments and shall take effect from the date of approval by the Registrar of Societies.
