| Article 10: Financial Auditors |
| |
| 1. |
One or more persons who shall not be office-bearers of the Persatuan shall be appointed by the Annual General Meeting as Honorary Auditors. He/She/They shall hold office for two years only and shall not be reappointed; and |
| 2. |
The Auditor(s) shall be required to audit the accounts of the Alumni for the year and to prepare a report or certificate for the Annual General Meeting. He/She/They may also be required by the President to audit the accounts of the Alumni for any period within their tenure of office of any date and to make a report to the Committee. |
