| Article 1: Name and Registered Address |

The Persatuan shall be called the PERSATUAN ALUMNI UNIVERSITI PERUBATAN ANTARABANGSA (International Medical University Alumni Association), hereinafter referred to as the ‘Alumni’ |

The registered address of the Alumni is:
IMU Alumni Association c/o Dean’s Office (Student Affairs)
International Medical University Sesama Centre –
Plaza Komanwel Bukit Jalil 57000 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
The registered address may not be changed without prior approval of the Registrar of societies. |
