Alumni members who are interested in using the library or IT facilities can submit the forms online or bring the completed form to the Student Affairs Department at the IMU campus in Bukit Jalil, Seremban or Batu Pahat.

Alumnus downloads form and submits online. Hard copies of the form can be obtained at the Student Affairs Department. |

Alumnus pays the RM 400 (refundable) caution deposit and RM 10 (non refundable) for a temporary ID. Finance staff will record on the form. |

Require 1 passport size photograph to create ID tag. |

SAD will inform the Admission Department to issue a temporary ID tag. This will take approximately 1 week. In the meantime, student will be able to use books within the library only. |

After the ID tag is issued, the student will be able to borrow books and the Virtua Patron Record will be created. Library staff will record on the form. |

Alumnus will pass registration form to IT Department and a temporary logon ID and password will be created. IT staff will record on the form. |

When the alumni no longer require the use of these facilities, they will inform Alumni office and commence the refund process. Library staff will fill in the Request for refund of Library caution deposit for Alumni members. The temporary ID card will also be surrendered to the librarian, Librarian to pass to Alumni Office. |

The request for refund form will be passed to IT department to remove the user's IT privileges. The form will be duly recorded and passed to Finance department. |

The form will be passed to finance within 2 days and refunds must be made within 2 weeks of the request. |
